It is of utmost importance that we offer products that are valuable to you + the Planet. We will accept unused defective items for exchange or refund. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please contact pleasure@PureLivingBoutique.com within 10 days of the invoice date. We will issue an RA# and a mailing address. Please use Fed Ex to ensure your package is returned promptly and safely. Keep a record of your shipment until Pure Living Boutique has confirmed receipt of your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our facility. Thank you for your understanding.
With all due respect to the environment, the majority of packing materials you’ll see are ones that I’ve received. I make every effort possible to reuse these materials to eliminate the need to purchase more plastic.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate.
Free shipping on all orders over $99 within the 50 United States. If you live in the Sarasota County area, please contact me at pleasure@PureLivingBoutique.com to discuss complimentary delivery. You’ll save and shipping and I get the opportunity meet my customers. For a shipping estimate on orders less than $49, add the items to your shopping cart, entering your shipping address, and you’ll be shown the total before committing to your purchase.
My primary shipping carrier is Federal Express. PureLivingBoutique.com reserves the right to utilize USPS or UPS at its discretion. Unfortunately the “free shipping” option does not incldue Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
If your order is to be shipped outside of the United States, there may be a required fee for international customs and/or brokerage fees. You are responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check with your customs policy of your country prior to placing your order. When placing an order on my site, you agree to pay all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed upon delivery. You also understand there is no refund for refused shipments.
